This new Idol features a gorgeous gloss finished carved Spalted Maple top on a mahogany body with a belly cut on the back for playing comfort. The gloss mahogany set neck features a bound rosewood fingerboard with rectangular pearl inlays and a custom W wing inlay at the 12th fret.Players can expect a fat, creamy tone with superb playability thanks to the mahogany body and easy playing neck. It comes equipped with D'Addario® EXL-120 strings ensuring great tone out of the box. Hardware includes a tune-o-matic bridge with stop tailpiece and diecast tuners. A NuBone® nut is used for added sustain. Electronics are comprised of 2 humbuckers for noise free operation with a 3 way toggle switch and individual volume and tone control for each pickup. With its bold single cutaway style and dual humbucker layout, the WIDLXSPLTD provides a stylish alternative to the cookie cutter guitars that litter the musical landscape.
